Elmer’s Store serves the pancakes and real maple syrup you remember from Gray’s Sugarhouse, all those years ago! We have the actual recipe and the syrup!  Re-live the good old days when people stood in line for hours to sit on those stumps to eat breakfast!  (We have chairs!) But the food is just as good as it was then – in fact, you’ll probably see a Gray or two sitting at a table, eating breakfast!  That’s how right we got it – approved by Marian Gray and her family!
