Presentation by Daniel Crocker. Daniel is the owner of Sidelands Sugarbush Inc., a family-run maple farm in Westminster, Vermont, operating continuously since 1938. Daniel has led the business since 1982, bringing decades of hands-on expertise to modern maple production. Daniel speaks on advanced maple production techniques, including strategies for increasing sap output through effective tubing design, vacuum management, and system maintenance. Rooted in nearly a century of family tradition, Daniel brings deep experience, practical insight, and a passion for innovation to every audience he meets.
