2025 Summer Picnic

Join us on Sunday, August 3rd at the Conway Sportsman Club, 245 Elmer Rd, Conway for our annual summer picnic!

9:00 – 12:00 – Sugarhouse Visits

Sugarhouses that will be open will include:

    • Boyden Brothers Maple, 716 So. Deerfield Rd. (Rt 116), Conway
      Howard and Jeanne Boyden are fourth generation maple producers. Their maple business is open weekends in March every year. They open again from Thanksgiving weekend through Christmas selling Fraser & Balsam Christmas trees that they raise. They have a year-round wholesale business besides their retail sale
    • Paul’s Sugar House, 28 Goshen Rd., Williamsburg
      Paul is a first-generation sugar maker and has been making maple syrup for over 50 years. Paul & Serena’s mission is to produce the best tasting and best quality maple products possible as well as educate customers that pure maple syrup is a healthy, versatile, and all natural sweetener. Paul’s Sugar House has 4.400 taps on pipeline, most of them on vacuum, and boils on an energy-efficient wood-fired evaporator.
    • Dufresne’s Sugar House, 113 Goshen Rd., Williamsburg
      The Dufresne Family combines new sap collecting technology with over 100 years of New England sugaring and maple syrup production experience. They have 6,000 taps and wood fired evaporator. They sell their maple syrup, cream, & candy retail and wholesale.
    • Cranston’s Tree Farm, 197 Bellus Rd, Ashfield Cranston’s are the 4th generation in the family to produce high quality pure maple syrup. They have a rustic sugarhouse that they boil their sap in a wood fired evaporator. Cranston’s sell retail, wholesale, and bulk. They also grow and sell hay and Christmas trees.

1:00: Lunch – Conway Sportsman Club, 245 Elmer Rd, Conway

Lunch will be served by the Conway Sportsman Club – Barbecued chicken dinner with appetizers, drinks, and dessert. Cost $20.00/person.
