2026 Maple Weekend – Saturday, March 7th & Sunday, March 8th serving breakfast 9am – 1pm.

Holiday Brook Farm is a fourth generation, 1300 acre farm, located in the beautiful Berkshire hills of Western Mass. Practicing sustainable agriculture, we produce 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, pastured pork, organic vegetables, Maple syrup, compost, firewood and hay.

We offer our 100% Grass-Fed Beef and lamb, Pastured Pork, Organic vegetables, eggs, compost, hay, and firewood. Giuseppe’s local honey. Holiday Brook Farm merchandise and other foods and gifts that are locally sourced. We have a cafe that offer our famous Pancake Breakfast buffet in the spring and fall and our Barn Swallow Cafe has made to order delicious offerings at other times. Our self-serve farm store is open 7 days a week from 9am – 5pm, year-round. We accept cash, check, credit card and Venmo payments.
