Hollis Hills Farm is a working farm just 30 miles North of Worcester and 50 West of Boston. During maple season, we offer sugar shack open houses, homemade breakfast alongside a full bar with live music, and plenty of maple treats during the month of March.

Saturdays & Sundays in March-

Breakfast: 8am-1pm.

Retail Store: 8am-4pm

Live Music: 9am-Noon

Sugar House: 10am-3pm (Call or visit our social media pages before visiting as the hours depend how much sap we have gathered that week)

Starting May 20th, we will be open serving Maple Valley ice cream in our retail store. Outdoors we have a full bar with local beers on draught and a restaurant with scenery that can’t be beat! As well as live music, every day we are open!

Ice Cream & Retail Store are open Friday 4pm-9pm, Saturday Noon-9pm & Sunday Noon-5pm

Bar & Restaurant are open Friday 4pm-10pm, Saturday Noon-10pm & Sunday Noon-5pm
