Ioka Valley Farm is home to natural, hormone free beef, perfect pumpkins & squash, fragrant, real Christmas trees, contented farm animals, pure maple syrup, and specialty maple products. Ioka Valley Farm is a diversified, family owned and operated working farm dedicated to providing high quality locally grown products as well as enjoyment for all ages.  Since we are open seasonally, please call ahead for hours & activities.  Our maple products are available year round by appointment or by chance. We accept business and bulk maple syrup accounts and now carry CDL maple equipment in our sugarhouse store. Spring offers Pancake meals in our Calf-A and sugarhouse tours & tastings. Summer season offer our farm petting and play area called “Uncle Don’s Barnyard”. Fall season activities include pick-your-own pumpkin with fall play activities and sugarhouse tours. Winter season offers fresh cut or U-cut Christmas trees.

Calf-A open weekends mid-February through early April serving homemade pancake, waffle, & French toast meals with our pure maple syrup and specialty maple products. Sugarhouse open for tours and tastings with educational displays and demonstrations 8am – 3pm. (Calf-A also open Presidents week 8am – 12noon). Special activities Maple Weekend!

Specialty products include maple BBQ sauce, maple mustard, maple butter, maple lemonade, maple granola, & maple cotton candy. (Some items available seasonally).
