Join us in the morning for a sugar bush management workshop with forester Lincoln Fish. We’ll learn about monitoring tree health, thinning, and other skills you need to have to keep your sugarbush healthy. In the afternoon, sugarmaker Tom McCrumm will offer a workshop on setting up and maintaining sap tubing systems.
